![]() Max Cleanse & Lean TestimonialI am a southern girl straight from the great state of Texas. Born with red hair and buck teeth, I had no chance of making it through school without the jokes and teases. Little did they learn until our 20th high school reunion that being a red head is in! Nice to know it doesn't take bottle jobs to achieve the color that others desire. After high school, college, kids and yes, marriage I decided to "re-invent" myself. I have always been a work out kind of girl, work out so I can eat and drink what ever I please. Well, after I had my second daughter I kept a healthy (sarcasm) 210 lbs. Yes, I said 210lbs. After yo yo dieting and crash course work out sessions I dropped down to what I thought was a healthy 155 lbs. After dropping 185 lbs (I got divorced, husband's weight) I knew that there was more of an athletic challenge for me. I decided to go to a training studio for Boot Camp classes. I walked in and saw pictures of figure competitors at the ripe ol age of 35 to 45. I thought to myself.....I can do that. If I can spend 2 weeks in Haiti eating cat and building schools, I can compete! So I started my journey this past May (2011). My coach felt that before I got on any fat burners that my body needed a safe cleansing to . So I went to Max Muscle in Lone Tree, CO and told them what I was doing. Not only did they recommend Cleanse & Lean but actually educated me on the right supplements for me to take during my journey. Cleanse and Lean really helped jump start my weight loss efforts and made me feel lighter and less bloated. After starting in May, I went from 157 lbs and 21% body fat to 125 lbs. and 11.7% body fat on October 22, 2011.....my first body building show (GNC Colorado Natural). I placed 3rd in Master's which I couldn't be more proud for my first show. The way I see it, I already won with the goal I set out and completed. Since my shows I have worked really hard in not only in promoting myself but my sponsors and getting people to get motivated to live healthy lifestyles.....no matter how old you are...it can be done!
